DELIVERY

Because a lot of the jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow for a 1-6 week window. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

Style is timeless. Most items are made to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If for any reason you are still unhappy with your purchase you may exchange your item for store credit. Shipping must be paid by customer. Since many items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return- such as rings any smaller than 6 or larger than 7, personalized items or custom orders.

It is required that you insure all shipments and package your jewelry securely. Dorka S. Jewelry is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

REPAIRS

Repairs will be done free of charge unless part is lost. The customer is to pay shipping. Repairs may take 1-6 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL

The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during checkout out please email us at contact@dorkasjewelry.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Dorka S. Jewelry reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Dorka S. Jewelry has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. DORKA S. Jewelry shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
